Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt at no charge. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly.

Note: This process excludes Black Friday and other major promotional events, which may have separate return procedures.

📸 Received a Damaged Item?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email support@mindderm.com with the subject line DAMAGED, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
⏰ This must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

🔍 Missing Items?

If your order arrived incomplete, please contact us at support@mindderm.com with the subject line MISSING ITEM and your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🏪 Purchased from Another Retailer?

If you purchased a MindDerm product through an authorized third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return or exchange assistance, as their policies may differ from ours.
